Exterior & interior alteration of a 32,000 SF flex space with warehouse and commercial office space. Services include site planning, space planning, construction documents, and construction administration. Scope included the selection and specification of interior finishes, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and furnishings to create a functional, modern workplace.
